Do I need a licence?

Yes - If your company is interested in utilizing fix functional assets for commercial purposes. Commercial purposes may include, but are not limited to, branded subscription boxes, events, and/or giveaways.

No - Wholesalers and resellers of fix functional products. Wholesale customers are exempt from the Commercial Activity Licence restrictions for the purpose of marketing and reselling our products. Click here for Wholesale Information
