We are proud to ship Fix Functional products nationwide across the United States. If you have having any technical issues while placing your order to a US address, please reach out to us immediately at support@fixfunctional.com so we can help.

Shipping

During our preorder period, we are pleasured to offer Free Shipping across the entire store.

Normally, all orders over $50.00 USD qualify for free Standard Shipping. Please note that this offer is based on the pre-tax shopping cart amount. If a discount coupon is used, the shipping rate is determined based on the discounted shopping cart total (ie. if the discount brings the shopping cart total below $50.00 USD, free shipping will not apply).

Preorder Policy

All preorders are entitled to a full refund before the product ships. For full details, see our Preorder Policy here. Once products have shipped, our regular Return Policy (below) applies.

Refund Policy

At Fix Functional, your satisfaction means everything to us. We’re confident you’ll love our products but, if something’s not right, we’ve got you.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you're not happy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us and we'll do our very best to make it right.

A brief description of the issue
A photo, if applicable (e.g. damaged item)
