We are pleased to ship Fix Functional products across the United States.

All orders over $50.00 USD qualify for free Standard Shipping. Please note that this offer is based on the pre-tax shopping cart amount. If a discount coupon is used, the shipping rate is determined based on the discounted shopping cart total (ie. if the discount brings the shopping cart total below $50.00 USD, free shipping will not apply). 

Return Policy

At Fix Functional, your satisfaction means everything to us. We’re confident you’ll love our products but, if something’s not right, we’ve got you.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you're not happy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us and we'll do our very best to make it right.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@fixfunctional.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A photo, if applicable (e.g. damaged item)
