Our mission is to help people feel good so they can do good. We believe that good health creates a positive ripple effect in society. We want to support customers to achieve optimal health, live their purpose, and make a positive impact on the world in their own authentic way.

We believe in honoring the inner magic of the body, creating products that bring customers back to themselves. All of our products are designed to support stable blood sugar and a healthy gut microbiome, which have systemic effects on everything from metabolism, to hormones, mood, and beautiful skin. We want to put you back into the driver's seat and tap into your body's inner wisdom. 

Our Origins

When our founder was diagnosed with cancer at 24, she was forced to take a closer look at her nutrition and lifestyle. She became fascinated by the human body and how food impacts how we feel, both physically and mentally. She enrolled in Holistic Nutrition studies part-time while working a busy day job in finance and the rest is history.

She set out on a mission to create products that help busy people get the nutrition they need in lifestyle-friendly formats. Through personal experimentation, and reading mountains of scientific literature, she was able to uncover her 'holy grail' ingredients; ones that really work. Her first goal was to develop the perfect protein bar for on-the-go fuel that contained high-quality functional ingredients, without ingredients like diary, soy, gluten, sugar alcohols, and natural flavors. She began spending nights and weekends working on product development and, after countless iterations, Fix Bar® was born.

Fast forward several years and a lot of R&D, and we've created a line of functional snacks and supplements, based on the belief that food should work for you, not against you.
