Thank you for your early support! As a small business, we produce our products in limited quantities to ensure quality and freshness. By preordering now, you're ensuring that we don't sell out and that you'll be among the first to receive your products!

By placing a pre-order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment

Your payment will be charged at the time of purchase to reserve your order. This helps us manage production and fulfillment efficiently.

2. Estimated Shipping Date

All estimated shipping dates are noted on the product page. While we do our very best to meet these timelines, they are estimates and subject to change due to production or logistics delays. If we are unable to ship your order by the stated date, you will be notified immediately and given the option to:

• Accept the new estimated ship date, or

• Cancel your order for a full refund.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your preorder at any time before your item ships for a full refund. Once your order ships, our regular Return Policy applies.

4. Partial Orders

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, we may ship the in-stock items first or hold the entire order until the preorder is ready - this will be clearly stated at checkout.

5. Communication

We’ll keep you updated via email on your preorder status, including any delays or changes to your estimated shipping window.
