Fix Bars contain zero to <1g added sugar, depending on the flavor. They are naturally-sweetened with dates and a touch of monkfruit.
Some flavors (Cookie Dough) contain real dark chocolate chips, which contribute trace amounts of cane sugar (less than 0.5g per bar).
Nope. We skipped sugar alcohols like glycerin, erythritol, and maltitol because they often cause bloating or digestive upset. Instead, we use whole food ingredients like dates and almonds to sweeten naturally and keep blood sugar stable.
Fix Bar® contains a blend of plant-based fibers from tapioca, almonds, and dates. This combination of soluble and insoluble fiber supports your body in multiple ways:
1. Soluble fiber from tapoioca slows digestion and triggers the release of GLP-1, a natural hormone that signals fullness to your brain. This means lasting satisfaction and fewer cravings between meals. Goodbye, food noise!
2. Insoluble fiber from almonds and dates helps keep your digestion moving while also feeding beneficial gut bacteria, which support overall gut health.
Note: Our bars are high in fiber so one bar per day is plenty to reap the benefits. If you’re new to high-fiber foods, start slowly to let your body adjust. Make sure to enjoy with lots of water!
Most 'natural flavors' are made in labs using hundreds of solvents, preservatives, and ingredients that aren’t disclosed on food labels. These mystery compounds can be harmful to gut health and are designed to hijack our brains, triggering us to eat more.
We steer clear of natural flavors in all of our products, using real vanilla extract and spices instead.

Fix Bars are meant to travel with you and do not require refrigeration.
People living in warm and humid climates, may choose to store their bars in the fridge to keep them fresher for longer. They contain natural ingredients like almond butter and chocolate that can soften at higher temperatures.
Shipping Note: If you live in a warm climate or are ordering during summer months, try to make sure your package is not left outside for extended periods. If you do notice any melting when your products arrive, simply pop them in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up. They are still safe to eat!
Fix Bars are safe to consume for 9 months. However, we recommend eating them fresh for the best experience!
We don't use chemical preservatives in our products. If you notice bars getting firmer over time, we suggest warming them up or dipping them into your favorite tea or coffee!
